Flow-Fitness seamlessly integrates the principles of group fitness with the dynamic and expressive art of flow movement, offering a holistic and invigorating approach to physical activity.
Rooted in my passion for Hula-Hoop and Flow Arts, and informed by my extensive experience as a group fitness instructor, I deliver a unique and immersive class experience designed to inspire, energize, and transform.
I developed this concept from the belief that movement is not merely exercise but also an expression of creativity, self-discovery and joy.
My classes seamlessly integrate elements of dance, rhythmic coordination, and fluid motion, inspired by the captivating artistry of flow arts.
From the graceful sweeps of Silkveilfan Dance to the hypnotic spins of
Poi Spinning and the rhythmic whirling of the Hula-Hoop,
each movement is thoughtfully choreographed to engage both body and mind, nurturing a profound sense of flow and harmony within.
With a focus on inclusivity and empowerment, participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcomed!

Class Calendar 2026
Weekly Yoga & Pilates sessions are held in the Pfarrheim Mauthausen :
MONDAY - Morgen Yoga: 9:00 bis 10:10 Uhr
TUESDAY - Pilates: 18:00 bis 18:55 Uhr | Abend Yoga: 19:00 bis 20:10 Uhr
Hula-Hoop Workshops are held monthly at different outdoor locations when the weather allows!
Prices
Drop-in (single session): €17
HALF-COMMITMENT Course pass (Loyalty rewards): €15 per session
FULL-COMMITMENT Course pass (Highest value): €11 per session
Registering for a course block guarantees your spot and gives you access to a reduced rate.
Drop-ins are welcome when space allows.
