I'll be your instructor, call me Luisa
Originally from Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, my journey into fitness and performance began at a young age, joining my mother for Yoga and Pilates classes. That early spark ignited a lifelong love for movement. I quickly became an apprentice, and by 16, I was already crafting my own teaching experiences.
After certifying as an entertainer and group fitness instructor, I spent years leading a variety of classes driven by the joy and energy of dance and music — from Aqua-Aerobics, Step-Tone, Indoor Cycling to Yoga, Pilates and even Artistic Roller-skating!
Over time, my curiosity and passion led me to explore new forms of movement: Hula-Hoop Fitness and Dance, Flow Arts, got certified in Holistic Circus Therapy, and even creating my own concept: Latin-Step Fitness Fusion.
Today, I bring this evolving journey to life in Upper Austria — blending fitness, flow arts, and performance to inspire others with a sense of magic, energy,
and well-being.

By providing dynamic classes, and supportive spaces, I aim to help each person discover a renewed sense of joy, confidence, and balance in their life.

I believe that movement is a profound expression of human potential — a force that can enrich, transform, and uplift lives. My holistic approach to fitness recognizes the deep interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Through the programs and practices I’ve developed, I aim not only to strengthen the body but also to nourish the mind and uplift the spirit. I prioritize each individual’s well-being and empowerment, honoring every unique journey and fostering an environment of acceptance, encouragement, and growth.
