Bring a little movement into the day.
A workshop can stand on its own or become part of a larger PLAY experience.
In Motion
A few moments of trying, learning, laughing and discovering what happens when curiosity takes over.

Every group learns differently.
Workshops can be shaped around the age group, available time, setting and intention of the event. Different Flow Arts disciplines can be combined depending on what fits best.
