Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to choose just one path.
01 — THE JOURNEY
I was never looking for one thing.
I followed what made me feel curious, alive and connected.
Travel changed the way I saw what was possible.
Movement became dance. Teaching gave me a way to share what I had learned. Dance opened the door to performance. And again and again, art, play and creativity found their way back in.
For a long time, these paths seemed separate.
Over time, I began to understand that they were all expressions of the same search:
How do we create a life that feels fully lived?

The paths were different.
The feeling was the same.
Movement.
Play.
Performance.
Art.
Teaching.
Travel.
Curiosity.
For years, these parts of my life seemed to belong to different chapters.
Eventually, I stopped trying to separate them.
I began to see that each one was giving me a different way to create the same thing: presence, connection, wonder and joy.
And that is where EilaLuisa began to take shape.
MOVE. PLAY. SHINE.

To create experiences that make life feel a little more joyful.
03 — the purpose
JOY,
ON PURPOSE.
Joy has always felt like something deeper.
It is presence.
Connection.
Curiosity.
The feeling of being completely inside a moment.
Over the years, I began to understand that the things I was most drawn to; movement, play, beauty, music and human connection were all different ways of returning to that place.
So I stopped treating joy as something that simply happens.
I began creating for it.
Because sometimes, creating a little more wonder in the world is enough to change the way we experience it.

Hola!
I’m Luisa, originally from Lanzarote and now based in Austria.
Creativity has been part of my life from the beginning.
What began with a love for art and music kept unfolding into movement, teaching, travel, performance and new ways of expressing myself.
For a long time, these experiences felt like separate chapters.
Only later did I begin to understand that they were all shaping the same way of seeing and creating;
through connection, expression and joy.
I kept following what brought me closer to joy, connection and expression, and somewhere along the way, they became a world of their own.

MOVEMENT & TEACHING
Professional training in Fitness & Leisure Activities, with more than a decade of experience across Yoga, Pilates, group fitness, Hula Hoop, movement programming and individual guidance.
ART & CREATIVE PRACTICE
A foundation in visual arts that has continued to evolve through movement, Flow Arts, creative teaching and circus-inspired practice with children and adults.
PERFORMANCE & LIVE EXPERIENCES
Years of Fire, LED and Flow Arts performance. From street performance to festivals, weddings, corporate events and private celebrations, supported by professional fire-safety training.
