Booking & Cancellation
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
I want booking to feel simple, clear and fair for everyone.
Because classes, workshops and event bookings work differently,
the conditions below are organised by type of offer.
Classes & Course Blocks
For Yoga, Pilates and ongoing group classes.
• Registration is binding once your place has been confirmed.
• Course blocks are booked as a complete package.
• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or deducted from the course price.
• If space is available, a missed Yoga or Pilates class may be made up in another suitable class within the same course block.
• Make-up places cannot be guaranteed and cannot be carried over into future blocks.
• A booked place for an individual session may be transferred to another person after prior notice.
• Drop-in cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class are free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
• If EilaLuisa cancels a session, participants will be offered a replacement date, suitable alternative class, credit or refund for the affected session.
Workshops & Private Sessions
For Flow & Circus Workshops, Play for Grown-Ups and privately arranged sessions.
A booking becomes binding once the date and scope of the session have been confirmed.
Cancellations more than 21 days before the booking are free of charge.
Cancellations 10–20 days before the booking are charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations less than 10 days before the booking are charged at 75%.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking, as well as no-shows, are charged at 100%.
If a replacement date can reasonably be agreed, the cancellation fee may be credited toward the new booking at EilaLuisa’s discretion.
Travel, material or preparation costs already incurred may still be charged.
Event Bookings
For Feenzauber, LadyLui and other PLAY experiences.
- More than 21 days before the event: free cancellation.
- 10–20 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee.
- Less than 10 days before the event: 75%.
- Less than 48 hours before the event: 100%.

Outdoor Events
Changes to the Booking
The client is responsible for providing suitable protection from direct sun, rain and strong wind where required. If weather conditions make the agreed setup unsafe or impractical, an alternative indoor or covered space should be provided wherever possible.
Changes to duration, location, guest numbers or event format should be communicated as early as possible. Significant changes may affect the final price.
Travel
Travel costs are calculated according to the event location and confirmed before booking.
Performances & Shows
For Fire, LED and other professional performance bookings.
- Performance bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions agreed in the individual offer or contract.
- Cancellation three weeks or more before the event may be free of charge where stated in the booking agreement.
- Cancellations from 10 days before the event may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed performance price.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may be charged at 100%.
- Travel, preparation and other costs already incurred may still be charged where applicable.
The individual offer or contract always takes priority where specific performance conditions have been agreed.
If EilaLuisa has to cancel
If I am unable to provide an agreed class, workshop or event due to illness, safety concerns or circumstances outside my control, I will always try to offer a suitable replacement, alternative date or refund for the affected service.
