Safety Policy for Fitness and Flow Arts Classes and Workshops:

Participants in our fitness and flow arts classes and workshops must sign a waiver acknowledging their understanding of the risks involved and accepting personal responsibility for their safety. Our workshops are designed with safety in mind, but it is crucial that participants follow all instructions and communicate any concerns they may have to the instructors. We strive to create a secure environment, but participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Safety Policy for Fire Shows:

  • Ensuring the safety of all involved—participants, audience members, and performers—is our highest concern.

  • We employ our expertise in managing the inherent risks of fire to guarantee that our fire shows proceed without any incidents, from setup to breakdown.

  • Each of our performances is equipped with a minimum of two fire blankets for emergency readiness.

  • Please note that we do not accept liability for any personal injuries, property damages, or thefts that may occur. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to have adequate insurance to cover any potential claims for damages.

  • We will not perform any fire shows without prior approval from the property owner or event coordinator.

  • The CLIENT may cancel the contract without penalty up to 15 days before the event. If cancellation occurs later, the CLIENT will be responsible for paying a 25% of the agreed fee as compensation, by cancelations within 7 days the CLIENT will be responsible for paying 50% and by cancelations within 24 hours the CLIENT must pay the full price.

  • In conditions of severe weather, such as high winds or precipitation, it is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure that the performance area is indoors or suitably sheltered and protected from the elements. If these conditions are not met, the performance may be called off. Additionally and upon previous arrangement a LED show will be performed as plan B when there is a indoor space suitable for it 3 x 3 meters.

  • Due to our extensive range of equipment, the CLIENT must provide a parking space very close to the performance area or stage.

  • The CLIENT must also ensure a level performance area measuring at least 4 x 4 meters, and check that there are no flammable materials nearby, such as fabric decorations or dry vegetation.

  • All necessary fire safety permits and approvals must be obtained by the event organizer from relevant authorities such as the fire department or local government officials.
