Cancellation Policy

Validity: The bundle class plan is valid for the period of the course block itself, from the date of purchase. All classes must be used within this period. Unused classes cannot be carried over or refunded after the expiration date. Booking and Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from the bundle without a refund. Transferability: In case of an impossibility to assist one or more lessons, the session can be used by someone of your choice. There is a notice period of min. 2 hours in advance for this change. Refunds: The bundle class plan is non-refundable once purchased. In case of medical emergencies, a refund or extension may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate. Class Availability: Class schedules and availability are subject to change. EilaLuisa FlowFitness & Performance reserves the right to modify or cancel classes as necessary. In such cases, customers will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered. Health and Safety: Participants must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to attending a class. Participation in classes is at the individual's own risk, and EilaLuisa FlowFitness & Performance is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.
